Yes I know it sounds funny, but it taste heavenly. Not too spicy, but just nice. Perfect with white rice as a side dish, or chapati. It has a texture of soft bread crumbs, taste a bit like Dhal. Oh and super healthy.
Mum made that for lunch, turned out pretty good, like in the recipe book.
this is how it looks like before mixing.moving on. MOON CAKE.
ML brought moon cake for us on the last day of college. If I'm not mistaken, it was Lotus paste and egg. She cut it perfectly into 8 pieces. OH and egg in Mandarin is called Dan, pronounced as *Than. heheheehe
Well, it was my first moon cake, and it was absolutely heavenly! Taste a bit nutty, smooth texture. You could just keep eating it. For that, thanks ML!
Discovery. Fried Rice.
Yes, it was a wonderful discovery. 11 a.m, we decided to have lunch because next lunch break at 2p.m. Confirmed that we wouldn't survive that long. So we went to a nifty place called Friends to Friends or something like that. Fried rice. It was simple, yet there was something to it. Very Homely... But that's just my opinion.. and it came with a sambal, which was good too.
again....
Well, that's all for this post. till then, im gonna bake! finally! and finish my research! i guess... ttyl!
